Welcoming 2016!

I'm not one to speak too personally but the past two years have been rather rough. I moved back from Chattanooga to attend school for cosmetology. A strict school schedule (Monday-Friday 4:45-10pm) and working a full-time day job (7am-4) did not allow for free time especially since I spent my weekends working photoshoots. You do not realize how much you miss sometimes and how important it is to spend time with your family. I finally got the opportunity to spend some quality time with my family while welcoming 2016. Nadeem and I were gifted bowl game tickets by my parents for Christmas so we spent about a week in Tampa with my parents, my Aunt Diane, my Kevin and my cousins Kayde and Josh. I woke up early New Year's day and got to go to my first Vol walk (a tradition for all the TN Vols out there).

Our last day in Tampa I really wanted to go to the beach so I convinced my family to go with me. Although, windy and cold they were troopers and let me play around with my new camera. Nadeem had the chance to spend some quality time with the guys of the family and I found out that I have family members that are pretty handy with a camera! With all the chaos of life and owning your own business it's important to take some time for yourself and your family! I hope everyone had a wonderful start to 2016 and enjoy the little sneak peek into my journey in life.
